OODAM is the first museum about food, its imaginary and its design potential. The goal is to describe, through exhibitions, events, projects and initiatives, the enormous implications that food, its production and its culture, have in our world. The food is part of our lives, every day. We want describe this story through the projects of all of us. That's why we would like companies to show the complex and refined process hidden behind their products; artists to show off their vision about an edible world; designers seeking solutions to the problems of production, communication and process; anthropologists and sociologists unravel the mysteries of the cultures and the omnivore's dilemma.
